• Client provides set time, venue address, access, billing details, promo timelines.
• Cancellations within 14 days forfeit deposit; reschedules subject to availability and fees.
• Client is responsible for permits, insurance, and compliance.
Technical: Pro PA, stage monitors, DJ/Playback per artist rider; 2x vocal mics; DI boxes as needed; qualified FOH/monitor tech on site.
Hospitality: Dressing room with water & soft drinks; light snacks; towels; secure storage; reasonable meal buyout for long engagements.
Travel & accommodation: Round‑trip flights or ground transport; local transfers; 3‑star+ accommodation for overnight; per diems as applicable.
